CSR ACTION Standard
Kamaya directors and employees observe the national and international laws, our corporate ethics, Kamaya company rule and social rule in order to fulfill the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in all business scenes, and we have established our CSR Action Standard as follows.

    1. 1.Kamaya will release the accurate company information to the Shareholders and Investors in compliance with the law in a proper period.

      2.Kamaya never make a deal in securities by undisclosed information that we are able to know it related to our duties or business, and never offer any profit and accommodation to any third party using such information.

    1. 1.All Kamaya employees are employed under their free will, and we never force labor.

      2.Kamaya esteems the basic human rights of every person, and never discriminate bias based on race, belief, gender, age, social status, nationality, ethnicity, religion or disability and we don’t act such as abuse, any kind of harassment, oppressive & inhumane treatment.

      3.Kamaya never employ the child whose age are less than the minimum for working age and make them work.

      4.Kamaya try to eliminate segregation and to implement the equal opportunity
      and fair treatment for recruitment and employment.

      5.Kamaya properly manages working hours, holidays and long leaves, and pays at least the legal minimum wages without unjust wage reduction.

      2.Kamaya recognizes that intellectual property rights are our important property. We protect and effectively utilize all of our invention and design, and take opposition measures quickly when it is used an infringement illegally by a third party.

      3.When employee violates every laws or rule that we should comply in business society and act suppression, manipulation, fabrication or camouflage, Kamaya will take strict action as a disciplinary action and take a legal action.

Basic Principle

Kamaya regards compliance and risk management as the most important issues of our business, complies with the laws as well and promotes fair and equitable business activities that are based on corporate ethics. Further, we will strive to eliminate as far as possible any actual or potential risks to the business.

In case of an emergency that may critically affect business performance such as a natural calamity, an accident and other such reasons, we give the highest priority to protect body, life and property, aim for a speedy recovery of business, take appropriate actions to minimize the damage to all stakeholders and strive to prevent any recurrence.

1.Kamaya will comply with the law and regulations and raise social credibility by adequately satisfying the societal demands.

2.Kamaya will take fairness and dignified action as our principle and raise customer confidence by disclosing company information actively and fairly.

3.Kamaya will protect the health, safety and security of the users who use our company’s products, and general public around our plant.

4.In business activities, Kamaya will focus not to put any burden on the environment. At the same time, we will bear in mind to contribute towards a recycling-oriented society and will strive for the protection of regional and global environment.

Promotion System

The disposal of the internal communication and the protection of the informer

We have established a "Compliance Hotline" notification and consulting line for the early detection, prevention and treatment of various types of violations of laws, regulations, social rules and other provisions of the Department of Personnel. The person in charge who receives the notification and consultation will conduct the investigation expeditiously with a minimum of team members and, if necessary, cooperate with other external specialized agencies such as lawyers.

That information is limited to circulation between the admissible person and the investigator. In addition to improper occasions, the informer will be protected in any situation except improper circumstances.

Strengthen the information security system

Due to negligence or external intrusion will cause personal information or customer information damage, malicious tampering, leakage, loss. We must realize that the protection and management of these information assets is our social responsibility as an enterprise. To protect this information, we must strive to strengthen and continuously improve the security system.

The promotion of Business Continuity Planning (BCP)

Business continuity planning (BCP) have been developed to minimize the damage caused by natural disasters, riots, and flu, and to recover and restore the affected areas at the earliest possible time. Each division of Kamaya Electric CO., Ltd. will work together to cope with this type of disaster. We will continue to work hard to improve the response of such a catastrophic event, such as the earthquake that hit the capital or the Great South China Sea Trench.

Strengthen the information security system

Efforts to discourage use of ‘Conflicted Metal’

A part of metals produced at the conflicted regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo and its neighboring countries, constitute of natural resources belonging to the armed forces indulging in abuse of human rights and acts of terrorism. It has become a big issue leading to contribution in promotion of conflict in this region and worsening of the human rights violation as well as terrorism.
